Return & Exchange Policy
At Alkaari, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products with genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you detect any defects.
- A 360-degree unboxing video is required when submitting a return request for approval.
- Once the return approval has been given from our side, customer must ship back the product to us within 5 working days of confirmation.
Return Process
- If your return is approved by our team, the product must be shipped (by the customer) back to our office in Sikar, Rajasthan.
- The customer is liable for covering all return shipping expenses. Once we receive the product and approve its condition, we will process the exchange. In special cases, Alkaari may allow to give reasonable shipping expenses (upto Rs. 80 per product) in the form of gift voucher on next sales order.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns due to disliking the product will not be accepted.
- There may be slight color variations between the product image and the actual item due to photography or screen resolution differences. Returns based on color differences will not be entertained.
Important Notes
- Order Cancellations: Alkaari reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraudulent transaction. In such cases, full refund will be initiated promptly.
- Damages During Shipping: Alkaari ensures safe packaging and dispatch through reliable courier partners. If the parcel appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance and immediately inform our support team for assistance.
- Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: All returns must include the original tags, and the product should be in its original condition. Products missing the original tags will not be accepted.
- No Returns for Customized Products: Customized, altered items (e.g., size adjustments) and sale items (discounted) are not eligible for return.
- We honor genuine return requests made within the specified time frame with unboxing video proof. However, any attempt to misuse consumer laws for intimidation or personal gain, raise false claims, or demand unreasonable compensation shall be treated as intentional harassment and may lead to strict legal consequences.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed up to the value of the original product.
- Refunds are not provided. Instead, we offer exchanges or gift cards for future purchases.
- Shipping costs, if any, will not be adjusted in the exchange.
